Tournaments can be held at the time and place of your organization's choosing. GameJockeys will provide the equipment and manage the competition. The rest is up to you! Here are some ideas on raising revenue with a GameJockeys tournament:

* Charge $10-$20 entry fee per player or $20+ per team
* Get round sponsorships - $100 to $200 per round, perhaps multiple sponsors per round!
* Get a tournament sponsor - $500 or more!
* Get special awards sponsors - $50 to $100 for fastest lap time, most captured flags, etc.
* Get side events sponsors for achieving especially difficult tasks - $100 or more!
* Run a raffle and/or silent auction in conjunction with the tournament (prizes donated, of course)
* Sell concessions at the tournament - or have a sponsor donate catering
* Have a videogame-a-thon (sponsors pledge money for every virtual point the players score, etc.)
* Organize the tournament as an all night "lock-in" event!
* Have a "t-shirt" sponsor (sponsor gets name on event t-shirts, pays for privilege)
* Sell advertising for a tournament program
* Any other great idea you may have!
